Brief Profile of MUSHALPUR COLLEGE… Mushalpur College’, Mushalpur (previously affiliated to Gauhati University and currently affiliated to Bodoland University from the session 2017-18) was established on the 22nd June,1993 with a view to impart quality and value based higher education to the masses of the entire Mushalpur area. The College is trying to cope with the changing wholesome environment of higher education. It is trying to impart quality education to the students who basically come from economically unprivileged and geographically remote and backward areas. Keeping this objective in view, the College is functioning in all the fronts of educational field to uplift the educational scenario in greater Mushalpur area.

To aim for the quality higher education and to cater the livelihood needs of the students, after college, with vocational education. To create a congenial educational atmosphere in the locality.

The College is previously affiliated to Gauhati University, Guwahati-14, Assam. Now the affiliation of the College is under Bodoland University, Kokrajhar. The College is accorded Govt. Concurrence by the Govt. of Assam, Dispur in 2008. The College applied to UGC for recognition under section 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC Act 1956, through F.No. 8-523/2017 (CPP-I/C) dated October, 2017.
